This page lays out exactly how your Victory Subscription works, what to expect, and how to manage it every step of the way.

 

 

What You’re Signing Up For

 

When you subscribe to a Victory Bladeworks shear subscription plan, you’re getting more than just sharp shears. You’re getting:

 

  • Razor-sharp tools delivered every 4 months, like clockwork

 

  • No upfront cost (you keep cutting, we handle the edge)

 

  • Full damage coverage while you're subscribed (drops, chips, breaks - you're covered)

 

  • No downtime your new pair arrives before you send your old ones back

 

  • Peace of mind that your tools will always be ready, sharp, and backed by real people

 

  • Exclusive perks (on certain plans) like early product access, education, and more

 

 

What Happens When You Subscribe

 

  1. You pick your plan
    Choose your tier (Honorary, Legendary, Extraordinary) and your preferred shear size.

 

  1. We ship your first pair
    Within 3–5 business days, your tools hit the road and arrive at your door, sharp and ready.

 

  1. You start cutting
    Use them. Trust them. Fall in love with never having to hunt for a sharpener again.

 

  1. We track your cycle
    Every 4 months, a fresh pair ships out. The day you receive them, you’ll also get a prepaid return label in the box. Just drop the old ones in and send them back.

 

 

Swap Process — Every 4 Months

 

  • You receive a fresh pair of sharpened shears

 

  • You use the included prepaid return label to send the old pair back

 

  • If your shears are damaged or broken, just send them back during your normal swap—we’ll replace them at no extra cost

 

  • If you need a replacement sooner, call or email us and we’ll work it out

 

 

Managing Your Subscription

 

You can manage your subscription anytime through the link in your order confirmation email. From there, you can:

 

  • View past orders

 

  • Update your address or contact info

 

  • Change shear size (within the same tier)

 

  • Add notes or contact us for help

Commitment Terms (Please Read)

Our shear subscription tiers, like Legendary and Extraordinary, are built with a 24-month commitment. That means:

 

  • You’re agreeing to stay subscribed for 2 years

 

  • You’ll receive a new set of shears every 4 months (6 total deliveries)

 

  • During that time, you’re fully covered and always cutting sharp

 

If you need to cancel before the 24 months is up, we ask that you:

  1. Call or email us directly
    We'll talk through your options and work out a return or purchase of your current shears

 

  1. Return any tools still in your possession using a prepaid label or arrange to purchase them out right.

 

  1. Rest easy: we’ll make it simple, and fair

 

After 24 months your subscription will auto renew and you’re free to cancel, upgrade, or continue as you wish, no strings attached.

 

 

Canceling Your Subscription

 

You can cancel at any time after your commitment period ends by:

 

  • Logging into your subscription portal (via email link)

 

  • Or contacting us directly

 

If you’re on a non-committed plan (month-to-month), you may cancel anytime before your next billing cycle.

 

We do not charge cancellation fees. We just ask that you return your current shears, or arrange to purchase them if you’d like to keep them if you are canceling before the 24 month mark.

Non-shear Items

 

Some items in our store may be offered to you as a subscription, a pre-order or try before you buy. This cancellation policy lays out how you can change or cancel these kinds of purchases.


Subscriptions


When you purchase a subscription you'll receive repeat deliveries. These are based on the subscription duration and frequency that you select.
Your payment details will be stored securely and you'll be charged for each of these deliveries, unless you choose to pay in advance.
Some subscriptions may auto-renew at the end of their duration. If you don't want to renew a subscription you can cancel it.
If you want to cancel or change your subscription, you can do it at any time. Your order confirmation emails have links to your order. You can manage your subscription from there.

Pre-orders


When you purchase a pre-order, you are buying an out-of-stock or soon-to-be-available product not yet in inventory. We may collect no payment or a partial deposit at checkout, store your payment method, then fulfill and charge the full or remaining payment at a future date.
You can cancel a partially paid pre-order order that has not yet been fulfilled. If the order has been fulfilled, then you can't cancel the order, but you can request a full or partial refund. See our returns policy for more details on returns and refunds.

Try before you buy


When you purchase a try before you buy item, we authorize your payment method before fulfilling the order. You will have a certain amount of time to decide if you want to keep the item. Once the time period has passed, if you have not returned the item, we will charge your payment method for the full amount.
