I hate legal-ease as much as you do. Victory Bladeworks lives by one rule: "The Edge. Or Nothing." I stand behind everything I ship and if something’s not right, I want to know about it and I'll fix it.

You’ve got 30 days from the day your shears arrive to request a return and refund.
As long as they’re unused, in the original packaging, and include proof of purchase, you’re good to go.
Just call us at 769-218-9524 or email help@victorybladeworks.com to get started.
If the return is approved, we’ll send you a prepaid shipping label and clear instructions.
Once we get your item back, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. (Note: It might take a few extra days for your bank to show it.)
If it’s been more than 15 business days since your refund was approved and you haven’t seen it yet, give us a call. We’ll sort it out.
Damaged or Wrong Items?
We inspect every tool before it ships, but if yours shows up damaged or incorrect, reach out right away. We’ll take care of it. That’s not on you.
Need to Exchange?
The fastest way to swap is to start a return and place a new order.
Once the return is approved, we’ll get you squared away from there.
