Slipstream
There are shears that behave in the ordinary way, and then there are those rare few with a more persuasive nature.
The Slipstream belongs firmly to the second camp. It has a slight forward push to it, the sort of thing that might confuse a person who did not know better and charm a person who did.
The Slipstream was made to nudge the hair gently forward so it can pass through with the sort of ease usually reserved for silk, smoke, and a few very expensive sports cars.
At six inches, it has enough reach to be useful and enough character to be remembered. Dry cutting is where it likes to show off, though wet hair does not seem to trouble it in the least. A proper specialist, certainly, though one with enough charm to make a broader career of it.
Should an unsuspecting person pick it up and wonder why it pushes, the answer is simple. It is designed to!
And in the right hands, a rather elegant advantage.
